Insurance worse service

I don't understand why we have to always fight for service yet when it comes to our premiums at the end of the month we pay our insurances, Huawei insurance (vivalife) is doing really bad bad bad bad service. I have put a claim for my device and now they M.I.A on calls they don't respond to emails, when you call them you hold for 30min and get no services. it sucks
