Insurance is a HOAX

Hi im highly frustrated I submitted my claim end of Feb beg March . I was told to submit documents which I did, I was asked to provide a collection address for the device which I did.

heard nothing from you people for 2 -3 weeks,afew weeks back I got a SMS saying you waiting for documents .called again was told all documents are received and my claim has been moved to the correct queue and to now wait for a courier to call to collect weeks later nobody has called, except for an SMS I got from you people stating that my insurance term has ended. I called in again that morning spoke to a gentleman who told me my claim is with an accessor. This has been going on for 3 months and to top it off your agent was so rude and dropped the damn phone in my face. Can you please tell me what the hold up is your service is pathetic
