<p>I am beyond disgusted with the service I have recieved from Huawei Mobile as far as repairs goes. As an avid iPhone user this is my first interaction with the brand and has left a very bad taste in my mouth. I sent my newly acquired Huawei P10 in for a screen repair at your Huawei service centre in Melrose Arch. I received an SMS a week later to say my repair is complete and my device is ready for collection. I drove to Huawei Melrose Arch and when I arrived was told by a very rude service agent that my device is not there. I explained that I was told it was ready for collection and showed her the message. She then said well it's not here maybe it's at Huawei Bedfordview. I was then left to call the Huawei centre myself to find out where my device is and then informed by the call centre that on the system it shows it's ready for collection. I explained I was told by the Melrose staff that it is not there. The call centre agent then said they would investigate and get back to me and then proceeded to give me a reference number. I have never heard back! I call daily and explain the story, get the same feedback, a new reference number and a promise to revert back to me. Still to no avail! I am actually at my whits end and have had enough! If no one can tell me where my device is or where to collect it from then frankly you will give me a new device. I am done now and will not wait a day longer!</p>
