Incentives not being processed or payed out ...."what's the point of this program" ???

I m very very very dissapointed with the Huawei Channel Incentive program...it's created to motivate sales consultant to sell more of their products but when you have sold the products,it is a hassle and a hard task to receive the promised incentive payout...it can take up to 4 working days for claims to be processed then when done it can take more days for the funds to be loaded on to your card for you as a consultant to have access to the cards...this is not motivating at all shemmmm and soon this will cause their sales to drop as other businesses are doing quite well in meeting their promises
