Incentive program

<p>After paying R80 to receive a new card due to my old one being damaged, i was informed by the huawei incentive team that it would take 7 working days to receive my card. Long story short, after probably 15 emails, and 40 phone calls 3 months later i still have not received my card. I got 3 different tracking numbers for aramax but none of them were valid. They eventually informed me that my card will be sent to our area manager, but again. A month later, no one at the huawei team has any idea where my card is. They are all useless, some even dropping the phone in my ear. The worst service i have ever had from any company before in my life. Please just tell me where my card is. So i can get in my car, and come collect it myself. Because clearly you have no idea how to send a card to someone</p>
