in repairs since July 2017

I have booked in my phone in July kept popping in at Huawei Melrose arch to query the process, eventually I was told that it was sent for repaird and it will take 7to 21 working days. To date I have called in numerous times I laid a complaint with the contact center of which I was to be called within 48 hours yet no response. I have received a few reference numbers which is of no assistance. I have No clue to what is the delay and no one can say I need my device and don't even want it repaired any longer. I am really upset with how Huawei as handled this matter. I will never advise anyone to buy such a device as this is ridiculous.
