Impossible to get feedback on Fibre installation

<p>Huawei are currently installing fibre in my street in Randpark ridge and I am unable to find out any information on when the installaton is going to be completed, the team installting hte fibre in the area have been there for at least a month already.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is there some way that I can get information from someone as I have tried following up with a few people, all of who ignore their phones and emails?</p>
