I want my refund....Huawei canal walk ignoring me

I booked in my phone for screen repair in Canal Walk, Ctn last November. The phone was never fixed because I took it due to Huawei taking long to fix it. I sent it somewhere and it was fixed within 24 hrs. I am now still waiting for my refund since the phone was never fixed and it seems like Andre (consultant who has been following this) is not getting assistance from the Huawei Head Office as he is trying his best to help me. Please can you guys assist.
