I WANT MY PHONE or BRING BACK MY MONEY AND PHONE

I took my phone for a screen repair on the 23rd November received a call from them about the quotation which i never received they promised to sent it via email which i never received i then decided to go back to the shop and paid the quotation was told that my phone will be ready within the next 7 days till today nothing has happened I called them on the 4th was told that my phone is still not fixed it was abandon i am still waiting for feedback and no one is assisting as to how far my phone is
