I despise Huawei

I am disappointed at Huawei , i purchased a phone online for my BF , on screen a pink P40 lite , was showing , so i scrolled down and chose black as why would i buy a pink phone for my boyfriend , the screen still does not change to a black one , so i go back and choose black again , but the pink still shows so i figure my choice will show on their side otherwise why would they give me the option to chose. the phone comes and its pink. the box doesn't give an indication that its pink , so i open and its pink . i contact them Katlego advises since the phone is opened the is nothing they can do. its their own technical issue but i get punished for it. now the surprise for my bf is ruined , she doesn't even try. spent 5399 on a pink phone ??? and now i cannot return it. i contacted them on the day of delivery still they wont take it back . i have always been a loyal customer of theirs. going forward i will never buy from them again.
