Huwaei Canal walk disgusting customer service

Canal walk needs some serious customer care overal. They are under staffed, who are ratty and irritated! Went onto the repair website and called the national customer care number, as Canal walk branch doesn't answer their phones! Was told my phone was repaired on the website and by the call centre, only to get to canal walk branch and be told it is not ready and they dont know when it will be ready. Asked the the staff member, why would the call centre and website say it is ready, rep****, dont know and must take it up with head office , with irritation at me! Called head office was told that the branch technician update the website themselves...***.
