Huawie Melrose service and repair.

Booked my phone in for repairs at the Huawei store in Melrose Arch. the only thing that needed to be done was the charging port was not working, the speaker was distorted (not a major issue), the screen needed to be replaced as there was a small single crack (not major)

My phone came back and my phone was scratched and dented all over, the camera lens had glue/ plastic pieces all over the lens and the charging port was filed down at the bottom of my phone. Furthermore, my LCD under my screen was damaged.

Now I am being told I need to pay for all of these repairs they have quoted me over R3000.00 and claim that they sent me the quote via email , still, haven't received it.

I am now held liable to pay for damages caused by Huawei themselves.

Now the call centre tells me they have to wait to get in touch with the store but cannot call them as their phones dont work.
