Huawei's terrible customer service

The Huawei customer service store in Melrose Arch is a nightmare to deal with. I booked a phone in for a screen repair on Saturday the 4th of January, I was told it would take 2 to 3 working days. On Monday I received an sms saying the repair was complete. Wednesday the 8th I go to the store to be told that the phone isn't ready and that they had limited stock(Which I was not told of the day I booked it in).it's now been more than a week. I have tried calling numerous times but no answer. This is pathetic.
