Huaweii Canal Walk Very bad customer service

In April 2017 I took my phone to Huawei Canal walk to have it repaired, they gave me a quote for the damage, which I did not take up. In the meantime their service department closed. And they have have no record of my phone. I gave them the prove that my phone was lodged there. It's December 2017 now, I still don't have my phone I Have been to the shop on more than 5 occasions and every time I was told the manager would contact me. I have not received one phone call. No one knows where phone is and no one cares about their service.

This service is appalling, and no one seems to care that it is. Do not take your phone to Canal Walk unless you want to be disappointed !
