They are refusing to pay my claim saying my phone wasn't taken by force and I lost my phone under unexplainable circumstances. How is it under unexplainable circumstances when I told them that the phone was taken when I was walking to a taxi rank going to work in the morning at JHB CBD. How is the guy opening my bag without my acknowledgement not a force? Was I supposed to be injured for them to pay? When opening my bag, he forced himself to my belongings. How are they different from the guys taking our phones. Huawei cares are also ********s taking our monies and refusing to honor end of the agreements when devices are lost.
