This is the worst service by far, I regret ever insuring my devices with Huawei Care / Viva.

I submitted a claim 2weeks back and no one has ever decided to respond to any of my emails, instead I keep getting an automated response stating there's a backlog blah blah blah.

I emphasized the fact that I use my phone on a daily basis as I have to call and receive calls from customers.

I made several attempts to call and only to get through to rude agents that tell me a different story all the time.

This is not the level of service that I signed up for. This is absurd
