Huawei ZA-Pathetic Service

STAY AWAY FROM HUAWEI!

I have a Mate 10 Pro. The wall charger was ******. I required a new wall charger. It is a proprietary design by Huawei called the SuperCharge charger. I do not want a QuickCharge charger but a SuperCharge charger. Many do not understand the difference.

This journey started on the 2/1/2019 If I recall correctly and to date has yielded less than desirable results. I have spoken with Emmy/Antoinette/Kweku and Paul on the number ***. I have been told to contact Mustek/Cellucity and Takealot to get the product I need. None of these providers stock the item. I checked.

I will now resort to importing the product directly as Huawei ZA is absolutely useless! Stay away from the brand as the after sales service is putrid, not only that but the accessories are not widely stocked! What good is a R15 000 phone that one cannot charge or purchase a decent hardshell cover for?
