Huawei, what a disappointment!

Good day Huawei,

I have been a Huawei fan and recurring supporter for over 6 years, i waited with big excitement for over 6 months for the oh so glorious Mate 20 Pro. I received my beautiful twilight Mate 20 Pro after pre-ordering just to realize the screen is faulty and I need to bring it back. My current Mate 8 is hanging on the edge and still I have to wait until the asessment has been done on the faulty mate 20 pro. Please Huawei explain to me why I have to wait another 7 days to receive my phone! This is not on! I did not do anything to damage the phone and i certainly do not deserve to wait this long for my new phone since the problem was FAULTY OUT OF BOX!! I had the phone for 3 days and now I have to endure another week of hoping my current mate 8 will last that long.
