Huawei warranty is a ****!!!!

I have both warranty and extended warranty on my Huawei Y6 phone which I got late last year, the phone fell and the screen cracked. When I visited the Huawei website they said they cover broken screen and repair them but you can only claim once in a year, the extended warranty qualifies me to also repair the battery but when I got to their their branch in connubial I had to pay for both of these to be repaired on my phone and the reason why I had to pay is because it, not a pro nor a mate and those are the only phones that are covered, if that's the case why do I have warranty on my phone if it does no good when I'm in need. Huawei Warranty ****s, glitz, and glamour on their website and when you get to the branch you have to pay for everything. a poor experience should have moved to a better brand when I had the chance
