Huawei warantee is a ****!

I took my Huawei P10 to the Melrose Arch Huawei Service Centre. My phone was not picking up any network. From what i have read this was a very common problem among android phones. they told me it would take 2 - 7 working days. Less than a day later, i got a call saying my phone was ready. I was surprised yet impressed that my phone was ready. I took the phone and rushed since i was heading to Durban that day. Upon my arrival in Durban, i put my sim card in, only to notice that the phone had not been fixed. Nothing was done and the phone was still not picking up network. Taking the phone in for repairs is a waste of time since Huawei does not repair the phone. What is the point of having a warantee if you don't fix it?
