Huawei/Vodacom/Woolworths gift voucher ****

<p><span style="color: #666666; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; line-height: 20px; background-color: #ffffff;">On the 21st of December I unfortunately renewed a Vodacom contract for their Huawei P9 with the R2 000 Woolworth gift voucher special and as a Samsung user took a gamble on this firm. </span></p> <p><span style="color: #666666; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; line-height: 20px; background-color: #ffffff;"> I am still waiting for both Huawei and Vodacom to activate this voucher. I have gone to the store where the contract was reneuwed and phoned them 4 times , them telling me they have spoken and emailed Hauwei. I asked thrm to forward their corrospondence with Huawei to me with no joy. </span></p> <p><span style="color: #666666; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; line-height: 20px; background-color: #ffffff;">I phoned Vodacom headoffice and they very quickly hand over the bucket to the store as it has nothing to do with them I was told. </span></p> <p><span style="color: #666666; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; line-height: 20px; background-color: #ffffff;"> I phoned the Huawei office which opened a request only after they told me it is not really their promotion but one between Vodacom and Woolworths and was told I will receive an email within 72 hours. Still waiting for all the promised email to appear in my inbox from both the Vodacom shop and Huawei, where my Woolworth giftvoucher is activated. </span></p> <p><span style="color: #666666; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; line-height: 20px; background-color: #ffffff;">Seems like between Huawei and Vodacom none takes responsibility and their clients was fooled by a ****.</span></p>
