Huawei very bad service ( no service and very disonnest people working for them )

I have got 3 x different model Huawei mobile phones . I really think it is still the best mobile phone on the market . Unfortunately my microphone packet up of my one expensive mobile phone and I took it to Century city Huawei. I am still waiting after more than 2 months for a job no and then after 2 week its booked in they let me know my back part is cracked . It was never cracked when they took it in !! The guy that took it in inspected it and said they will sms me a job no . Like I said I am still waiting for that sms. They droped my phone and cracked my back cover and want me now to pay for it . It took them 2 weeks to let me know that my back cover is cracked . I mailed the store and head office and nobody even does the effort to contact me . There is just no service from head office or store . So if u have a good product but no service it is not worth it to buy that product !!!!!!
