HUAWEI USING COVID 19 AS AN EXCUSE FOR BAD SERVICE

Huawei using Covid 19 as an excuse for bad service This is the time when companies should be excelling at customer Service, helping customers over the phone rather than saying that I must drive to there service center just to find if they have stock of an item, and they cannot even tell me how long it will take to repair I am high risk because of my age, and yet they want to put me in harms way, by making me drive up and down to a service center rather than they check if they have the component in stock and if so how long will it take to change said item

Do not bother to try and contact head office as they do not answer the phones again hiding behind Covid 19 to give BAD SERVICE so bottom line if you want good service go to a reputable seller rather than HUAWEI
