Huawei unsafe unreliable

Almost a year later, and I'm still unable to use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Maps, GPS, or other important apps on this device. As a woman, I am deeply concerned about my safety, especially since I cannot access the GPS. This situation is incredibly unsafe, yet this is what Huawei and Vodacom are subjecting customers to.

I have complained to Vodacom, but they refused to get involved and passed the responsibility to Huawei. Despite my efforts, Huawei has not helped me to date. However, I am still paying Vodacom for this phone.

Why does Vodacom promote devices that do not work? I have been unable to use basic apps on this device for more than a year! How unsafe is this?

Please do not bother contacting me, as I believe there is nothing you can do to assist me. I will continue to share this on every social media platform.
