Huawei unable to service their products

My daughter has a Huawei watch fit we bought 2 years ago. Now the battery doesn't even last a day so I want to replace the battery. The service center said they can't do it and Huawei customer care said I must throw away the watch. Good to know you spend thousands of rands on Huawei products and after 2 years you have to throw it away because they can't service it. I'm sitting with a house full of Huawei products I'm getting rid of ASAP. Not spending a cent more on their *******.
