Huawei trying to cheat us on promotions!

Huawei promised a promotion in March of a free watch when taking out the Mate 20 pro. We upgraded our lines on the 1st of March as shown on the invoice date. The network decided to show the activation date on the 28th and now huawei claims that we do not qualify!! Why must the networks and brands always try and cheat us. We will be taking this to social media if we do not get our watches!
