Huawei terrible service with cellphone repairs and false special

I saw a special that Huawei is doing screen replacement for R699 which i conformed with a consultant on the online chat. on the 8th of March I logged a request for my phone to be picked up by Ram Courier which they did pick up on the 9th of March and was delivered where it will be repaired(Two Tins). I waited for the quote all that week and did not receive it. I made multiple calls and chatted with different consultants on the second week asking for the quote which I did not receive, I made a couple of calls again to Hauwei and chatted with the number of consultants until finally received the quote on the 18th which quoted R670.30 for the screen and R290 for labor, when I asked one of the consultants why should I pay much whereas I was told they are running a special. she told me that I should have specified that I am taking part in the special which was quite shocking because initially i was told that if I take the phone in before the 15th of March I will pay the special price. I decided to let that go and I paid the Invoice amount of R1104.35 on Friday 19 March in the morning and send a proof of payment to Hauwei customer care and Tashreeqoh Mobara(two Tins). on my email I asked when can I have my phone back, Tashreeqoh rep**** and said I should have it by latest Wednesday 24 March. Yesterday I phoned to aske if it will be dispatched to me and only to be told that the part only arrived and I should have my phone dispatched back to me today 25 March. today I phoned the store only to be told that the person who fixes the phone is not in , they do not know what is happening with my phone, they will phone me back once they get feedback, I gave not heard anything from them. I phoned Huawei and they also told me they will get back to me. all I ask for is my phone back and my refund even if it is not fixed because the service I am receiving is ****, its really unacceptable. my phone Serial number is Serial number:4FF6R***. the repair estimate quote is ***3
