Huawei Technology Pathetic Service

My whole experience with HUAWEI was but nothing pathetic! I sent my device in on the 14th January due to water damage repair, after numerous follow-ups with no response as to what the status of my device is, On the 23rd January I FINALLY get a response that they are unable to locate my device. I then gave them ALL the relevant information from tracking the device and they then could conveniently place my device. Days after I then receive a quote on the repairs which was R2.500. I then declined the quote and mentioned that I will make payment to return my device. Today my device was returned back camera screen cracked which is not the condition it was sent to them. Might I add that the device was returned even without payment, makes one wonder if it was returned because it was damaged onsite by whomever? I work in the customer service industry and my company ALWAYS put the customer first and give them nothing less than excellent service, for HUAWEI being one of the largest technology companies this is pathetic service!!!!
