HUAWEI technologies worst customer services

I have been waiting 4 weeks for a refund! I am super ****ed off! I returned my phone for a refund or either a replace till this date nothing has happened! I hAve called and chatted on numerous occasions with customer service agents but still they bull****ting me! I desperately need help to resolve the issue so I can buy a new phone!
