Huawei TEchnologies stole from me by not giving back what is mine

I have a problem with Huawei which according to their social media twitter team has been escalated and re-escalated. The issue stems from December 2019 and till today it is unresolved. No one is even bothering to come back to me. I don't know if this is to make sure I even forget the facts but the service I am getting is the worst
