Huawei Technologies empty marketing strategies and pathetic customer services.

My vodacom contract expired in December.

I went to Vodacom in Three rivers (River Square) to upgrade my phone. Based on a good review the vodacom consultant gave me, i decided to give the new Huawei P9 an opportunity. With this upgrade at the time, a R 2000 woolies voucher was included. A consultant from Huawei was supposed to contact me in 14 days regarding my voucher. This never happened and I had to contact them to find out what is happening and why I never heard anything from them as per their marketing approach. I ever since got one response from them asking me all the info required to proceed with this which I sent to them. It been almost two months now, I still did not get one reply after numerous follow up approaches.

Although this is just pathetic way of doing business and to convince people to buy your product my biggest concern now is what if I really need any other service from Huawei? If your phone crashes you are suppose to contact them. They cant even deliver a simple request regarding a voucher?

I was really willing to give this brand a chance. But my trust in this product is totally wrecked. Apple, Samsung and Sony still remain the better option and im totally disappointed for the choice I made.

So Huawei is this your way of doing business?
