Huawei Technologies

I have taken the handset back to Telkom on the 9th January 2026 for the third time to be sent back to Huawei. I do not want it repaired but want a complete credit for another handset as I do not want a Huawei handset again. Up until now no management from Huawei had the decency to call back regarding this matter which is ongoing since 3rd November 2025. Very bad service. I would not recommend Huawei handsets to anyone
