I sent my phone in for repairs, because it was switching off for no reason if battery life above 50% . I get a quotation saying I have to replace casing aswel. New casing front and back cover about R1000. Slave usb board which I believe is d actually cause of the problem I'm having R41.00. I'm after communicating that I don't need a new casing, I only need the root cause of the phone problem fixed. I still received the exact same quotation. Ripping costumers off.
