Huawei takes your money but treats South Africans like dirt.

I have been without a phone for two months since Sep 2, 2017. ********** after two weeks of too-ing and fro-ing, emailed on Oct 18 that I should have my phone returned to me in 2-3 days. It has now been 8 business days with no phone returned and R400 of payment to Telkom. I want my phone, or another Huawei Nova or better from you, and I would like you to credit me the money I am paying Telkom as long as I don't have a phone. **********
