Have MTN 3 year contract on HUAWEI NOVA (3 May 2017) System still EMU 5.0.2 Android 7 Dec 2017 https://forum.xda-developers.com/nova-plus/how-to/huawei-nova-nova-plus-android-oreo-8-t*** states update available for this device Sept 2018 I contact HUAWEI regarding upgrade Sara Mahmoud (Support MEA) <***> eventual response:

"Actually there is a first list for the device that is compatible with the Oreo update.The list contains : Honor 7X - Honor 8 lite - Honor 9 - HUAWEI GR3 2017 - HUAWEI P8 lite 2017 - Mate 9 - Mate 9 Pro - Mate10 lite - Nova 2 plus - P10 - P10 lite - P10 Plus.

We will announce other list for the update availability soon, please stay tuned to confirm whether the update will be available with the device or not.
