HUAWEI SUPPORT IS USELESS AND ***********

I have been using Huawei cellphones for many years and have stayed with this cellphone due to the fact that I have been able to synchronise my cellphone contacts and calendar to my Outlook contacts and calendar however, I have just upgraded my cellphone contract and got a new Huawei Nova 11i and I am unable to synchronise my cellphone contacts and calendar to my laptop contacts and calendar in Outlook. I have tried contacting Huawei South Africa, but have found their so called support to be totally useless and ***********.

I will NEVER get another Huawei phone and would rather switch to Samsung. At least I know with Samsung products that I will get decent support.
