Huawei Support

Just had the most satisfying customer support in years.

I received my new cellphone and had a problem with the camera. I was immediately very upset that I had bought the Hauwei P30 Lite as the camera was advertised as a 48 MP 1.17 and no matter what I did, I could not get it to change from 12 MP.

Sending an email to Hauwei support was my only way of venting my frustration and major disappointment in the phone.

Here comes the kicker - Thapelo Tshabalala from Huawei Support Team answered my email within a record time, asked me some details which I gave him and then he started giving me instructions on how to rectify the problem. The professionalism in the way he dealt with me while I was upset was very impressive.

He has restored my faith in support people and just want to thank him very much - this is highly appreciated.
