Huawei smart watch refund

I ordered a smart watch on 27 October from Huawei online store. Till this day I have not received said watch even though my order was never delivered and cancelled by them, they still have not refunded me. Their customer care does not care, and keep extending the refund waiting period. All I want it my money.
