Huawei Shop - No customer satisfaction

On a flash sale promo i received, I bought package a combo deal of a Fit Watch, health scale and spare band for R 2299. Paid for purchase 16 Oct 9.24 am. Parcel arrived but only a watch and band. Called Huawei and they advised that per their records I only bought a watch. (which was not a great deal!!) They could not assist further unless I had screenshot of the special offer as they could not trace the special offer. Unbelievable !! Lesson is to take screen shots of special deals !!
