Huawei (Shirley Ann from head office disgusting service)

I took out a huawei p30 contract at vodacom Canal walk with jemaine who assured me I would recieve all my free gifts with the contract and it will be sent to my home address from huawei. It's been MORE THAN 2 MONTHS and I have still not recieved my gifts. I told him the ONLY reason I changed from Apple to Huawei is because of the free gifts that came with this contract. He now says that it is huawei responsibility!! What am I supposed to DO?? I don't want this contract or I want my free gifts or I want to know that someone is doing something about it!!!!! I called the huawei rep 3 weeks ago (sherley Ann) and she assured me I will recieve my gifts 1 week later BUT STILL NOTHING and now she also does not have the decency to answer my calls and have also blocked my number!!! HOW PATHETIC is the customer service of BOTH VODACOM AND HUAWEI. and worst of all I just port my number from cell c to vodacom only to recieve such SICKENING service!!! They can honestly cause me anxiety
