Huawei Services is bad

so my phone run an update and i got stuck in boot loop and i called Huawei they tried to assist over the phone and ended up telling me to book the phone at Shop H37G,The Piazza, Melrose Arch, Melrose North 2196, Melrose North, 2196 Gauteng, South Africa so they will reload my device then i went there on the 25th of April they told me it will take between 2-7 days to be repaired and they gave me ref 251565huw and checked my phones warranty which showed it was still valid since i had to device for 5 months, now the 9th of May my phone is still not fixed and am being quoted for a replacement of the screen ive been calling these guys since the 6 to understand what is going on and the phones at Shop H37G,The Piazza, Melrose Arch there is no answer i asked the guys at call center *** the told me it has power issues s am now confused , i mean i had this problem with my note and Samsung came to collected it after few days it was back and they fixed it under warranty
