Huawei services are garbage

I bought a Huawei Y7 at CNA store and had it for less than a month when i realised thay it was faulty. I sent it back to CNA and they took over a month to "repair" the phone. When i got it back, it was still faulty. Huawei people take too long to fetch products from stores and don't do a good job at repairing. I sent Huawei an email and still have not received a response. The service that Huawei renders is beyond garbage, the phone I bought is beyond garbage, repairs are garbage. I bought my phone cash, reason being I needed a phone and now I'm suffering cause Huawei can't handle a simple task. I expressed my complaint clearly at CNA store in festival mall that I don't want the phone anymore, it also doesn't make sense that I have to book my phone three times for me to get a new phone. What's worse, we are heading into the holidays and my phone is still at the shop, I can't spend the holidays without a phone
