Huawei Service Support

I recently purchased a cell phone from the Huawei store (online purchase); and as I am shy on technology, I made contact with their service support for assistance. I had the pleasure of chatting to Ntombi, who was the most pleasant and patient assistant. She was so knowledgeable and assisted me with all of my questions and concerns.
