Huawei Service SUCKS!!!

I booked in my device at the melrose arch service center on 17/08/2017.To date I have not received any update from Huawei.I have contacted the call center on numerous occasions but to no avail.same old response "we'll get back to you", but it never happens.A lady by the name of Stepheny promised to call me back with an update but clearly she has no interest in customer service.Huawei might have beat Apple with their sales but its not gonna last long with the after sales service that they offer.You guys are just absolutely useless.I would most DEFINITELY NOT recommend anyone to purchase a Huawei device.RIP Huawei!
