********** Huawei service, really disappointing.

I bought a Huawei Nova Y90 that now I am unable to download whatsapp a communication tool thats use by everyone. I called Huawei Customer service and I was told I would receive a call from their technical team and they would assist. I called on 13 August and was to receive a call on the 15 August 2024 and to date I have not received a call. I called again on the 15 August I was told they have escalated my request. Huawei knew they are selling phone that doesnt support Play store or Google store and yet they sell this device for an incredible amount that you cant refunded. I need the whatsapp on my phone.
