Huawei Service Centre terrible service

<p>I have an Honor 8 Gold, that needs a new cover screen. I have been waiting for almost 3 months for the store to contact me so that my phone can be fixed. When I call the store (Huawei Service Centre, Villaggio Mall, QATAR), they say the order for the screen has not arrived yet. This is super bad service! How can it take so long? And can't you pick up the phone and contact the client and say sorry for the long wait??? I bought this phone, because I love the camara and memory is excelent, but I can't even use it now! If this is the service your company give, I will NEVER buy another product from Huawei again.</p>
