Huawei Service Centre: Pathetic service

I delivered cell to melrose arch to obtain a quote for repairs 10 Jul 19 @ 10h40: I was asked to wait 5 min for quote - after half an hour I was told there is a system problem and I will have the quote via email same afternoon. Today 15 Jul 19 and numerous phone calls and live chats later still no quote or any answers. Awaiting escalation of query. Utmost poor service!!!
