HUAWEI service centre melrose

<p>I booked my phone in for a faulty board and touch screen (H1HW072418) with the melrose repair centre, they sent me a quote to replace my back cover for R422 of which i didnt book my phone in for that, cause i rejected the quote my phone wasnt fixed but its still under warranty, tried call the helpdesk they were useless like the repair centre. what ****es me of the most they brand themselve like a people's company but dont have repair centres nationwide</p>
