Huawei service center cornibia

I sent my phone for LCD and back cover repair on the 28th of July 2020 at huawei service center in cornubia I have yet to my phone back when I call they keep giving an excuse of waiting for parts to be delivered in the middle of that I have be called twice by one of the people and told my phone could not be fix cause I had to pay an additional R300 when I wanted to confirm that I was told that information is in correct my phone is not fixed as parts are still not delivered as of today I got a phone call that my phone is fixed and I can come collect it and also rate the service via a savory few hours later I get a call that the phone is not fixed and the technician is still waiting for spares I ask then who called me this morning no one seems know I ask how dose a repair take I was told 5\7working days I ask has that not passed as yet . I am angry and disappointed with the service I am gotten from huawei as I have paid for my device to be fixed
