HUAWEI SELLING FAULY CELLPHONES

I've purchased the Hauwei P20 gave me issues like the Fingerprint scanner heating up and burning my hands. After the heating up of the fingerprint scanner the fingerprint scanner did not want to work at all.

PHONE IS NOT EVEN 3 MONTHS OLD. Purchased at N1 City Cellular City

I then decided to take the phone to the nearest Vodacom Shop which was Vodacom Parow Centre in Cape Town. When i got there what poor service I've received with documentation the consultant stating the phone has fine scratches i then asked the consultant to show me where he see's the scratches and he could'nt show me. I ever got more upset I told him this is a brand new Cellphone which is not even 3 months old and it's already giving me issues.

Well they've booked the phone in on 11/12/2018. Checking for any physical abuse or water damages. I told them I have not physically abused or neglected the phone.

The cellphone came back from there repair shop in Somerset west. The report came back no water damage or any physical abuse of any sort. However the report came back that they've replaced the LCD I then checked to see if the fingerprint scanner was working in the shop and yes it worked. When i got home I've realised , but there is no sound at all on the phone.

ABSOLUTE POOR SERVICE

I then took the phone back to Vodacom Parow Centre the following day. They booked it in again on 19/12/2018.

I went to Vodacom Canal Walk repair Centre I asked them to track my phone because I haven't heard from Vodacom after booking it in the for the second time via sms notification to the secondary number I've subitted with them to keep in contact with me.

The first time I've booked in the phone I immediately received notifications as to where my phone is and when it's ready for collection. Also Canal walk gives you a courtesy phone,but not Parow. I'm basically without a Cellphone since last year 11/12/2018.

You know this is the worst experience I've ever had with vodacom. I'm still without a Cellphone and I won't recommend anyone to buy from Vodacom ever.

VODACOM SOLD ME A PIECE OF **** HUAWEI P20. Cellphone that I've bought brand new i mean who would want to pay for a cellphone so expensive just to give you issues and you not even being able to make use of it R13000 cellphone

It's in and out of th repair shop most of the time.

THIS IS NOT WHAT i EXPECT FROM VODACOM NEITHER HUAWEI. I DON'T CARE WHO YOU BLAME VODACOM OR HUAWEI ALL i'M SAYING IS THIS IS NOT THE AFTER SALES I EXPECT FROM YOU AS VODACOM.

YOU NEED TO UPHOLD YOUR NAME IF YOU WANT TO BE THE BETTER SERVICE PROVIDER.

DON'T TRY CONTACTING ME ON MY NUMBER I DON'T HAVE A CELLPHONE YOU HAVE IT AND YOUR STUPID REPAIR SHOP.

CONTACT THE ALTERNATIVE NUMBER I GAVE YOU WHEN i'VE BOOKED IN THE PHONE AT VODACOM PAROW CENTRE. Or LANDLINE

TAKE YOUR PIECE OF **** BACK AND GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY
